In unfortunate event of us not being able to provide the Tour package/accommodation in the hotel booked by you, we reserve the right to provide you with an alternative of the same standard at our own discretion. If the alternative is not acceptable to you or if we are unable to provide you with an alternative, then we shall refund the total amount paid by you towards this booking. The refund amount as applicable will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days. You agree to exercise due caution and care before you proceed to book tour packages/ hotel room shown on the website. You agree that once a booking made by you on the website, you shall be bound by the terms and conditions associated with the said booking, the terms and conditions ,privacy policy, refund policy and cancellation policy as mentioned on daytajmahaltours.com All issues relating to the quality accommodation, travel etc. shall have to be addressed to the service provider of the same, who are independent contractors and not employees of TAJ CALLING. Hence TAJ CALLING shall not assume responsibility for all such issues. If for any reason, exclusions of liability isn’t permitted by the law, then the liability of TAJ CALLING shall be limited to such amount paid by you and retained by TAJ CALLING and for the transaction in question
6.LEGAL JURISDICTION
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh- India.
